I'm 18 now! OMGYAY! I can't see much difference though, after two months I was only supposed to register for the army reserve. Where's the thrill and adventure of na adult's life? You know, taking responsibilities and stuff... It's actually hilarious when I think of myself as an adult.
About the drawings. They've been waiting for a long time to be scanned, and it seems it'll take even more time. I'll have to bother my scanfriend about them.
Also, I've bought some dry pastels and experimented a little. I've done one not-so-bad-could-be-better, completely destroyed one of my earlier works <facepalm> and there's sitll one waiting to be drawn.
So there's still hope for me. Right..?
Reading. Dammit! I can't find time to read anything except for those books which I need for school. I don't know how and when this happened but I actually used to spend every little while reading, and nowadays I feel like I'm in middle ages. It's horrible, especially when I know how much time I'm wasting. I've never thought I'd have to force myself to read.
Music. The only album I bought recently was "This is not the world" by Futureheads. Not a waste of money I have to admit. I needed some time to get used to it but now I can say it's worth listening.
And I'm still waiting for my Bishop Allen album. <bothers friend about it> An overdue birthday present. Can you believe it was never released in Poland? I'll drop something about it when it arrives.
Life. Nothing much I guess. The exams are coming, yet I suprisingly manage to find excessive amounts of time to waste. The prom is coming and I'm both mentally and physically exhausted (three hours of practice today!).
PC life. I noticed that all of my games (presently installed that is) are crazy about realism. OFP, Combat Mission, Rainbow Six (first one!). Well maybe except Carmageddon (Yeah!). But to think of that it's got really good physics (for 1997), so it still can be categorised as "realistic".
Phew! That was a lot of info. I wonder if anyone reads this (apart from those who I know).
Anyway, cheers!
Here, have a comic: [link]
A good manga.
